Wedding Bells.

I grew up in an environment where it is always clear to us, that family matters most. I grew up, alongside my lovely cousins whom I love so much. We've been together since we were kids. We were grew up, listening to the same music, liking the same boy bands, enjoying playing games with each other, screaming and dancing with each other. I grew up learning and sharing things with these cousins of mine. All six of us, we're all real close to one another. And I do hope that we stay close, for the rest of our lives.

It is harder to believe that the eldest among us, Yongna, she has just got married. I mean, I still see Yongna the same way she used to be while she was in her teenage years. And I still find it hard to believe that she is actually a married woman. The night of the Akad Nikah ceremony, was the night I finally realised, Yongna has grown up and has blossomed into a beautiful woman. No longer a girl, no longer a lady, but a woman. The person that took care of us, while our parents went out to. The person who taught us, me especially many many things.

Okay enough with being emotional.

I went back a few days earlier, by train with my cousin Kak Billa to help with the packaging and tagging the bombonieres. I must say, it wasnt an easy job. It used a lot of my patience and energy. After a few days of looking at the same ol baskets and sweets which I kept dreaming of, the Khatam Quran ceremony was the start of it all. We, me and Kak Billa, we wore Opah's kain songket which was like 40-50 years of age. She used to wear it during her younger days. Apparently, those songket costs about a thousand over ringgit ! Due to some technical difficulties I had, I couldn't recite the Quran, Instead, I just sat alongside my three beautiful cousins, watching and listening to them recite the Quran. The ceremony went well, as planned.

Later that night, we got all dolled up and went to Aunty Yong's house to watch Yongna get dressed up into her Akad Nikah attire. She looked like a princess. I was amazed by her absolute beauty. The Akad Nikah ceremony went well too. I got teary eyed watching Abang Razmin say his pledge to Uncle Wan. Well, this is the first wedding in Mama's family. Yongna is the eldest among us all and she is the first one to get married. That's why, we were so excited and so looking forward to the day Yongna got married.

The next day, was th BIG day. The reception was held at the Kelab Golf Diraja Perak. The setting was soo beautiful and pretty. Everything was just in place and everything was just the way we planned it to be. Our family members ; uncles, aunts, grand uncles and grand aunts were the ushers for the day. Words cannot even describe how perfect the day went by. Oh, I forgot to mention, me and Kak Billa, we were assigned to be the 'flower girls'. We had to take care of the bunga paha on the stage. During the renjis session, we gave the bunga telur's to the people.

So all in all, it was a very happy event. I think tgis event really brought our family together.  And Abang Razmin, do take care of Yongna for us. I'm sure you make her the happiest woman alive on Earth. Semoga the both of you berkekalan hingga ke akhir hayat, insyallah :) Amin.

Paralyzed by the fragrance of the flowers.

I think the urge to write has come back to me. Exams are finally over. I get to rest my head for a while I suppose. But results are worrying me like hell now. I know the results aren't that satisfying but I sure do hope I don't see any red marks on my RC.

I've been thinking a lot lately. And I realise that I haven't been much of a help at home. I think the stress and pressure has overcome my sense of thinking resulting my laziness. But I guess, this lazy issue has come to an end. I've come to realize my mistakes and I've tried to correct them. I've been helping around the house off late. Just hope its worth it.

Thing is, I'm caught in between two things. I don't know which one to go for. I know its far too early to think about this. But it bugs me thinking about this. I hate talking about it in public though cause it will definitely rate me as a lifeless person.

To end this sublimely boring post, I shall say that humans are weird.

Scattered all around the floor.

I'm stuck with papers, books and pens for the next two weeks.
Superb, I tell you.

Darling, you are the only exception.

Sometimes, when everything seems to be just where its supposed to be, you just feel like jumping around, running around in circles and thanking God for blessing you with all that you have now. Remember when I said before, that life's a bumpy road ? Well, I'm at the part of the road where the road is just smooth and straight and they men that fixes the roads, they have been doing their job by making sure there aren't any bumps or holes in it. Bless those men.

Things are falling back into place. And studies are starting to get back on track. Especially Add Maths. School's been pretty hectic with truckload of homework and I just can't seem to get the time to complete my homework cause it keeps piling up.

I can't wait for Eclipse and The last Song. Let's just hope, the movies are worth my wait.

But still, I know nothing about the nature of human beings and I've come to a point where I just don't feel like knowing. To hell with trying to understand, life's far too short too worry about unnecessary things.

To me it happens all the time.

I feel ecstatic. I feel fresh. Hmm, it has been a great weekend. I got the chance to unwind myself. I like that. Okay wait, the word mid term has been ringing in my head for days. And I'm not ready. Just started reading Biology.

K bye.

Words can't bring me down.

To begin with, mid terms are just a week away. I'm scared but really, I don't see any effort to study my heart out yet. How fast time flies by. Life is seriously and extremely not that easy. But I guess, I'm stable now. In a years time, I'll be facing my trial examinations, my SPM, dealing with textbooks, dealing with college applications. It feels like I was four yesterday. Playing with my plushes and knowing nothing about the world. Gotta move on, I know. But reminscing seems like a nice thing to do today. But great thing about next year, I'll be getting my license. That, I cannot wait.

Well as for the previous issue in my previous post, I guess I'm just gonna close both eyes and just forgive and forget. I'm upset but I just don't want to pollute my mind with bad thoughts. I know you hate me. Be it. Doesn't matter to me.

Too lazy to bother about people and the world. Its gonna be about me and books now.

My new best friend, ignorance.

I've been using the word 'tired' rather a lot lately. Oh yes, I'm tired of being considerate. You know the feeling where you just feel unappreciated and the other party has the guts to say you're the one that has never appreciated whatever he/she has done. I fine that extremely funny.
I've never ever talked or said a thing about this. Cause I didn't really care. But obviously things have blewn out of proportion. I'm not mad. I don't feel a thing, in fact. I just feel like sharing. Everyone knows at a certain point, the turning point changes people. You've changed. I've changed.
Everyone has changed. For better or for worse, only God knows. I'm the klutz that falls easily, get hurts easily, get fooled easily. You're the big hero/heroine, right ? If all this means that I'll lose my friend but then things will get back to normal, by all means I'd rather lose this friend.
We're old enough to think of what's right and what's wrong. Lifes a bumpy road. This is the part of the road where there are just too many bumpers on it. I'm sorry if I've ever made you feel neglected, left out or anything. Was never my intention to make you feel that way. But like I said before,
Everything changes. And in the end, its not about who's winning and who's losing the battle. Its not even a battle. A true and honest friendship is definitely hard to find. Sometimes, you may think this is what you call true friends, when it actually is not.

I don't hate you. I never will.

Just remember, You'll always be my friend. You can hate me, for all I care. It doesn't matter anymore. I guess I just feel greatful now. I'm happy, and I hope you are too.
I'm sorry, thanks.
